Let's start with imagery that can help you activate your brain. To begin with, I want to ask you, what do you mean by the word "image"? What do you understand by this word? What does this word mean to you?
We must come to a common denominator of meanings, to an understanding of what logical-informational thinking and figurative-intuitive thinking are. We need to feel the difference more deeply and learn to work with images. Now the question is for you: what is the difference between an image and a thought?
So, looking closely at the brain diagram, we reveal its contents, details, filling. Our eye is attracted by a certain component of this scheme, its form, location. Now stop. Stop for a moment to fix in yourself what attracted attention, and do breathing practices that are close to you. Then close your eyes and try to imagine, and then create through associations or see an image of what caught your eye. Try to see wider. Enter meditation. Feel the rhythm of your breathing. And look deep into yourself ... I can control and help, I can prompt and stop in case of a wrong movement, but only at your request.
