Initially, we define what the code is and why it should be followed. A code is a set of rules based on the laws of the world of energies, the observance of which, if desired, becomes an employee. If these rules are acceptable for someone who wants to become an employee, the code allows you to have recommendations, within whose boundaries one should act, commensurate with the established rules. Failure to comply with the code instantly frees the employee from his obligations. Or the one who violates the code automatically leaves the work.
Rule one. The main condition for performing work is the accuracy of actions in the tasks performed. Hierarchy is an important condition for fruitful work, because if an employee follows his intentions, then at a crucial moment he breaks the clear chain of task execution, violates the line of defense, which can lead to serious consequences.
Explanations. You know that the Laws operate in Cosmos and the violation of the Law leads to quick retribution. One can escape from punishment in the world of matter, for here, in the world of matter, Laws of a different order come into force. But a person who accepts the code of an employee, a servant, also accepts the Cosmic Law of Discipline. And this means that he trusts the Higher Instance, giving orders. Some, as it may seem, rigidity in this case is due to the need for strong discipline, because in this case the employee is the one who clearly executes orders. There is a need for this rigidity, because we are responsible for your life, safety, and further developments. Initially, a plan is being worked out. This plan is affirmed in the Highest Instance by the God-Creator. Next comes the impulse to find workers through ministers. And in this case a legitimate question arises: how is this rule consistent with the earthly Law of Freedom of Will? That is why I led the training for a long time, in order to identify those who remember these higher rules for work.
The second rule. The worker must strictly observe the universal Laws, commandments, that is, be an example for everyone. The worker works in the name of Idea. And this second rule - the worker becomes one who accepts and realizes the Idea, who has faith in the Founder of Worlds, the Great Creating Power, God the Creator.
Explanations. I spoke about the Hierarchy, said that Cosmos is an order. Violators of the Laws are expelled outside the zone of Light. Order is the strict observance of the Laws, within which the whole structure of the Universe is held. Our Universe is built on the principle of an expanding matrix, or fractal similarity. That is why there are two streams - descending and ascending, and this is also at the level of souls. I am talking about the training of workers, about a change in the paradigm of consciousness, about transformations that are still waiting for the Earth. All that is happening now is only a preparatory stage. And those who reveal a desire to become employees will be followed by new souls that will contribute to the completion of the initial stage. The program that was developed over the centuries, as I said earlier, is built on stages, stages on cycles, and so on. We take small steps, having direction to the goal. And however small they may be, we are not moving blindly and at random. We are moving according to a plan that is not tied to earthly time.
Rule three. The synchronism of work is due to the initial impulse. The exact scheme of work is given. Explanations are given. An action plan is given. If it turns out that there are changes in terrestrial conditions, then the work is structured in this way - the changes must be communicated in time, it is necessary to accept the situation, as in military conditions, where the accuracy of data transmission determines a lot. Namely - all changes must be reported in advance, on time, justifying their messages by altered circumstances.
Explanations. The work is quite difficult. Only a well-coordinated team can approach the fulfillment of an assignment, only through a deep awareness of their important role, only through a desire to change the world for the better. Is it possible now to change the world for the better? Hard enough. Why? Because for many thousands of years the team of Governors has been working here smoothly, I will call it so. The system that captured the world (not without the consent of the earthlings). This system (conditional name) interferes, or prevents, us from moving towards the goal. How? By limiting the capabilities of a person, putting him in the frame, narrowing his mind. By creating around the globe inverted, relatively speaking, "bowl", that is, not functioning energy centers of the Earth. What does it mean? The energy chain in the Earth-Cosmos scheme is broken. The Earth does not receive the necessary energy for development. However, receivers were created to collect the energy of earthlings, a system of constant replenishment of this energy was established. Emotional energy is collected, due to which the enslavers thrive. I do not aggravate the situation; on the contrary, despite the apparent difficulty of the situation, I soften it without opening the picture to the full. The Earth - a blooming creation, the beloved child of our Creator, has become a testing ground for people, while all the brightest and the best is leveled. Yes, it is Chaos, and therefore Systems of Order, the Forces of Light have developed a program that is now taking effect.
Rule number four. In the conditions that now condition our work, each worker becomes a Warrior. This means that it is necessary to reveal the qualities of a Warrior. And this is the strength for action, steadfastness, the power of the Spirit, firmness in achieving the goal, perseverance, a clear understanding of the need for this work. Warrior is a special category of workers. A warrior is one who protects the highest wealth, life and all life. A warrior defender is one who is unshakable in the persistence of his actions, unshakable in all situations of temptation. The higher the potential of the Warrior, his strength, the more he attracts attention to himself, the more he weighs on him. Warrior-worker, Defender-Warrior, Warrior, who enters the battle only in the case when other methods and methods do not work. A warrior is one who goes into battle, invoking Divine power, Divine justice to be established on Earth. The qualities of a Warrior are trained, developed, and accumulated.
Explanations. A warrior, from the standpoint of the Forces of Light, is one who works under the supreme guidance of the Creator of the worlds. A warrior can be one who has the necessary strength. The warrior, as has been said, takes the sword for the purpose of protection, with the aim of liberation, with the aim of restoring justice and honor and in the name of peace. Warrior become, revealing for this desire. Strength is gained with persistent identified desire. If you wish to work, the Warrior builds up strength, acquires integrity, pacifies emotions, in order to clearly see the target. Clarity of vision is the basis for the Warrior. With clarity of vision, the Warrior achieves the goal by receiving help. Legions of Light are ready to fight for the Earth, for the purification of the Earth from all the gross, which creates barriers to development. For this they need the help and support of earthlings. For this they need movement by people. Much can change in the near future, if earthlings can help, if we achieve accuracy and synchrony in work. Each vacated point will become an important place for the entry of additional force and narrowing the boundaries of the invaders. Assistance will certainly be provided and is already provided at your request.
The fifth rule. Fight, search, find and not give up. This is an ancient motto that fits the current situation.
Explanation. The situation in the world fluctuates, and it is possible only to reduce the amplitude of oscillations. But the pendulum is running, it is supported by your thoughts, words and actions. You are the driving force, for you have chosen life on Earth at this incredibly difficult time - a time of change. Anyone who has revealed his position, who has managed to remember, but not only save, to preserve the purity of these memories, everyone who takes the path goes forward. I am talking about Warriors who have a difficult burden to carry the Light to this world. You know about the fate of all the Lights of this world. But now the decisive battle and other conditions. The spiritual world is no longer a passive observer - we have also taken the position of the Warrior, we are ready to repel attacks. We are ready to fight for the Earth, for its bright future, for the restoration of the original program for development.
Rule six. Remember the main thing, see the goal, strive for the Light. You are like a fired arrow, fly into the distance and reach the goal. We help the arrow fly, give it strength, precise direction, but the arrow flies with the help of human efforts. You are the main driving force.
Explanations. Those who are embodied on Earth in this period have two tasks: to free themselves from the former (karmic) connections; become cleaner, taller, harder, bolder and more individual. In order to make a choice and determine which side they are on. And making a choice, follow it. I am speaking now of the fact that at this time many conditions have been given, or have been created, for moving forward, for the discovery of memory, for our own becoming and determination. You came here not by chance. You are given the right to work and make choices. And much depends on your right choice. We will work simultaneously with the past and the future. This requires skills and a serious approach to work. Much depends on you, on your perseverance and coherence, on the accuracy of your actions.
The seventh rule. The action is equal to counteraction, or the fruits do not appear immediately.
Explanations. Do not expect quick and visible results. Such results often lead to tragedies, lead to victims. We act according to other schemes. We act according to a scheme that accepts and retreats at the necessary moment. If it becomes necessary to retreat, and then start everything from the beginning, we accept this scheme as safe. We work, realizing that the result is manifested in tranquility, when the moment of grace comes. Victory is determined, but time must be made to work also for you.
